Our Coffees
Medium Roasts
Wind in Your Sails (medium roast) A bright and mild blend. Predominantly Colombian beans with Guatemalan for added intrigue. For those who like a light touch.
Morning Mantra (medium roast) Full flavoured, with low acidity and smooth finish. A blend of coffees from Mexico & the Dominican Republic. Tuned to start your morning off on the right note.
Café Ella (medium-dark roast) Café Femenino coffees from Bolivia and the Dominican Republic. Grown by women's cooperatives, it has subtle strength and is light on its feet - a merengue in your mouth. [OUT OF STOCK UNTIL MAY 2012]
Summa Sumatra (medium-dark roast) Straight-up Sumatra from the Aceh province of Indonesia. Earthy, unexpected - a walk on the wild side.
Dark Roasts
Rock Your Boat (dark roast) Lives up to its name. A bold coffee, rich in taste and aroma. A blend of dark, mi-noir, and medium roasted Mexican beans, bolstered by full bodied Sumatra.
Seventh Wave Espresso (dark roast) Coffees from around the world roasted and blended to release a flood of flavour from your espresso machine. Also delicious as brewed coffee.
Ooh La La! (very dark roast) High altitude Andean grown coffee, smoky and sweet - but with an attitude.
Decaffeinated Coffees
Boat Out of Water (medium decaf) Yes, decaf coffee with real flavour! The beans are CO2 or water processed (no toxic chemicals) to retain optimum flavour.
Mardi Gras (very dark) Decaf with oomph! Roasted dark for a lively taste and CO2/water processed too.

Pricing & Packaging for Online Sales
Our beans are packaged in either compostable PLA lined paper bags or poly-foil bags with one-way valves. While we prefer to sell our coffee in eco-friendly paper (to people who consume it quickly or use their own air-tight containers), we do offer foil bags because if coffee isn't fresh, you lose the best of its flavour and aroma.
Below is our pricing for coffee in foil bags with valves: (For PLA paper bags subtract $.25 per bag)
| Lbs | Regular | Espresso | Decaf |
| 1/2 | $8.00 | $8.25 | $8.50 |
| 1 | $15.00 | $15.50 | $16.00 |
